When does my monthly start?
One month after your site goes live. You pay the build fee at launch, and the first monthly payment comes a month later. If you paid your build through the pricing page, your monthly is already set up and there's nothing to do here.
Which plan am I on?
The one that matches your build: $25 for the one-page site, $35 for the full site. If I quoted you a different amount, DM me and I'll send you your own link.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays online exactly as it is. It doesn't get deleted or taken down. I stop making changes to it, and your .com renewal becomes yours to pay. Start again any time and upkeep picks back up that day.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe will email you to update your card. If a payment is more than 10 days late, upkeep pauses until it's paid. Nothing gets deleted.
I referred someone. Where's my free month?
For every new client you send who signs up, I take one month off your plan. It shows up as a $0 month on your next invoice.
Can the price change?
Your price stays put for at least a year. After that, I'll tell you 30 days before any change, and you can keep going or stop.
